The item wasn't dispatched on time, but when asked I was told of some unforeseen circumstances. The item itself was packaged very well. But it's a shame there was an issue with the CPU so it had to be returned. This process was very smooth with the seller. The seller dud their nest to answer questions even in the early hours of the morning. The seller tried to help diagnose the issue as well. The only thing they could if done better is message me first regarding the delayed dispatch. A++++++++++
